Hygge Hub – Wellness and Relaxation
Hygge is a word commonly used in the Nordics to describe “wellness” and “comfort”. We invite you to take some time out to relax during the conference at our Hygge Hub where there will be an opportunity to take a seat, tune out and listen to wellbeing audio or enjoy a complimentary massage from one of the therapists who will be on hand work their magic with a backrub to help delegates relax!

Zumba with Anna
Zumba combines Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning workout for all fitness levels and age groups.
Anna has over 30 years of dance experience and 10 years of experience as a Zumba instructor. She currently teaches 6 Zumba classes and 2 Zumba Gold classes a week, as well as special events such as Zumbathons and Masterclasses.
Anna had the privilege to lead the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk warmup in Heaton Park in 2022. She has been involved with the warmup for the Manchester Midnight Walk for the past 4 years, and will be back again this year!
Bootcamp with Ross
Bootcamp combines strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn while being varied and fun! This session will make you sweat, pump your heart and challenge your muscles. There will be set rest periods between circuits/ exercises, and if you are new to Bootcamp, please be kind to yourself.
Ross is the owner of Gym 72 Manchester, which is a private gym offering personal training, sports therapy, group classes, and online personal training. Ross has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, having worked for leading fitness providers such as David Lloyd Leisure and Esporta Health Clubs. Ross also worked internationally for Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises, offering a range of fitness classes, educational fitness seminars, and personal training.
