• Cancellation Policy

  All registrations are final and non-refundable. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another delegate from the same organisation at no additional cost.

• Airmic Trial Membership

  Airmic membership is open to all professionals working in risk management, resilience, and insurance, as well as those in related roles — including technology, information security, business continuity, health and safety, HR, procurement, finance, law, compliance, and internal audit. Membership is also available to academics and students from leading UK universities and business schools.

  Free Conference Pass
  By signing up for a free trial membership, you will be eligible to claim a free Airmic Member delegate pass to the Airmic Annual Conference 2026 in Birmingham, subject to your application being approved.

  To claim a free conference pass, the following conditions apply:

  • You must be signed up as an Airmic trial member by 15 June 2026.
  • Your free trial membership runs from your sign-up date until 31 December 2026.
  • You must not currently work for an Airmic member organisation.
  • You must not have held Airmic membership at any point in the 12 months prior to 15 June 2026.

  How It Works
  All applications are subject to an eligibility check. Once approved, you will receive details on how to access the membership portal, and you could then register your conference place via this website.

• Press

  A limited number of complimentary press passes are available. Please note that press passes are not available to PR professionals representing clients, nor to advertising or sales personnel. All invited journalists are required to register in advance, as press passes will not be issued onsite.

• Event photography and video

  Please note that photographs and video recordings (collectively, the ‘Photos’) may be taken during this event.

  Such Photos may be used by Airmic in internal communications as well as in external communications. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases for the purpose of event management and showcasing and promoting the event.

  By participating in this event, you agree that Airmic may use Photos where you are visible, in particular group/crowd Photos for the purposes mentioned above. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please contact mydata@airmic.com or inform an event organiser onsite.

• Airmic Annual Conference 2026 App

  Search for Airmic Conference 2026 in the App Store or Google Play Store, or click the links below to download directly. Please make sure you do not download a previous year’s version of the app.

             

  The app is only available to registered Conference attendees. Once downloaded, log in using the email address you registered with. You will receive your personal access code via email ahead of the event.

  If you haven’t received it, you can request one directly within the app after downloading.
